Pam has been with FGP since 2006 and her experience working with each division of the organization has provided her a unique opportunity to collaborate with and understand clients’ needs.

Pam started with FGP as Director of First Impressions and it was her job to provide great customer service both internally and externally. Pam advanced within FGP and began to work in the business directly with clients.

As an Executive Search and Talent Consultant, Pam recruits talent within the manufacturing/engineering industry filling engineers, supply chain, sales and management roles.

In addition, Pam works closely with clients across all industries to assess, develop, and promote growth in individuals throughout each organization. She has been recognized with the “Great by Choice” award by FGP.

Pam is a former middle and high school Science and Home economics teacher and has provided interior design services for many large commercial projects.
