Jessica Eldridge partners with healthcare service companies across the nation in her role as Executive Search Consultant at Find Great People. Her client relationships are mostly with large Faith-based and for-profit hospital systems, rural community-based hospitals and physician groups.

Jessica excels at finding candidates that are the best cultural and functional fit for her clients.

In addition, as a Talent Consultant, Jessica works closely with clients across all industries to assess, develop, and promote growth in individuals throughout each organization.

Prior to joining FGP, Jessica was Director of Development at Clemson University, where she worked intimately with the Vice President of Student Affairs, numerous Associate Vice Presidents and top-level donors on a regular basis. She credits her years of successfully matching passionate donors with institutional needs to becoming a trusted advisor for talent acquisition.

Earlier, Jessica was a sales representative in South Carolina for a Fortune 500 health care services company. She is a graduate of Clemson University.
