Megan Coleman

Senior Recruiter and Talent Consultant

As a senior member of FGP’s professional staffing team, Megan focuses on placing candidates in administration, HR, legal, customer service, sales and marketing roles.  She prides herself on gaining a strong understanding of FGP’s clients in order to match candidates based on skill and culture.

Megan enjoys providing advice and coaching candidates to help optimize their careers. She recruits on direct hire and contract to hire opportunities. Being a tenured team member in her division, Megan enjoys mentoring and providing guidance to the other recruiters.

In addition to her recruiting role, Megan serves as a Talent Consultant working closely with clients across all industries to assess, develop, and promote growth in individuals throughout each organization.

Megan has been recognized for her professionalism, quality and great impact to our clients as well as internal team members and is a recipient of FGP’s “Great by Choice” award.

Prior to her current role, Megan served as Business Development Coordinator. In this role, she assisted a Business Development Manager with client relationships and acquiring new business. Megan joined FGP as a Marketing Assistant in 2006 where she coordinated public relations for the company, including a special advertising campaign for FGP’s office in Columbia, SC.  She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
