Christin Mack

Manager, Non-Profit and Government

Christin Mack is the leader of the Government and Non-profit Executive Search practice area and a Talent Consultant. As an Executive Search Consultant, she works with state government agencies, public higher education institutions, quasi-government agencies, counties, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to focusing on the government and nonprofit sectors, Christin spent the majority of her time recruiting finance and accounting leaders as well as leaders in other skill sets to include marketing, public health, technology and data analytics. In her earlier career with FGP, Christin recruited within both the Technology and Staffing divisions. This range of experience gives her unique perspective in considering how talent can impact an organization.

As a Talent Consultant, Christin works closely with clients across all industries to assess, develop, and promote growth in individuals throughout each organization.

Christin has been recognized as FGP’s “Great by Choice” and “Person of the Year”.

Christin began her career as a recruiter working at Columbia College as an Admissions Counselor. She spent more than eight years in higher education in various roles including recruiting, leadership development, team building and intercollegiate coaching.
