Penn Sanders

Penn Sanders is responsible for working with candidates and clients across all industries in need of hardware, software, networking and information technology professionals. An expert in IT talent management, he works with small, medium and large companies in need of anything from senior-level roles to front office IT support.

Penn is a Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist. He is also a member of the American Ceramic Society and the American Society for Quality. Penn is very involved in the IT community and you can often see him at Tech after 5, SQL Server Innovators Guild and GSP Developers meetups.

Penn uses his 10 plus years in IT recruiting to mentor and coach the IT recruiters on a daily basis. He won FGP’s “Great Person of the Year” award in 2012.

Before conducting regional and national searches for FGP International, Penn worked in business development for a Fortune 500 company that provides IT business process services. He has also served as a Process/Quality Engineer with an international company focused on consumable products and melt treatment solutions. Penn is a graduate of Clemson University.
