Elliot is recognized for his extensive talent management knowledge within the industrial marketplace.

He manages executive search assignments in all functional areas, from general management to C-Level leaders, specifically within manufacturing and engineering. Elliot began his recruiting career with Find Great People in 1994 with a focus on textile and apparel industries.

He is well versed in supply chain management, logistics and global trade and is exceptional at building relationships with top retailers, sporting active wear, and automotive companies. He helps clients bridge the operational gap between the United States and operations in Central and South America. He was recognized with the “Great by Choice” award at FGP.

Elliot is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Before entering the executive search profession, Elliot was an Account Manager with a publicly traded global engineering construction company.
