Janell Pennington

Staffing Manager

Janell leads the staffing team in our Nashville, TN office where she focuses on direct hire, temp to hire and temporary projects across multiple functional areas. She is committed to building relationships with candidates, and staying in touch throughout their job search.

She joined Find Great People in 2011 as an Associate Recruiter and was quickly promoted to the Accounting and Finance Recruiter serving the Upstate of SC. In 2016, she moved into an Executive Search Consultant role, where she specialized in building relationships with clients and accounting/finance professionals. She has been recognized with “Great by Choice” and “Rising Star” awards at FGP.

With her tenure, she has had the opportunity to advise over 3500 candidates in their search. Janell is versatile and her placement experience has ranged from the CFO to the staff accountant; the customer service associate to the HR Generalist; the accounts payable coordinator to the administrative assistant.
