Kennedy Executive Search Partners With Frisenberg J. & Associates

September 6, 2016 – Kennedy Executive Search & Consulting, a partner network of executive search boutique firms, has partnered with Frisenberg J. & Associates, a recruiting boutique based in Monaco founded in 2001 by Caroline Frisenberg.

“Frisenberg J. & Associates is very happy and proud to join Kennedy Executive Search & Consulting this year. For us to be part of a top level executive search firm will help us drive our business forward in a growing, but challenging, economy,” said Ms. Frisenberg. “Sharpening our skills by exchanging information and practices through the Kennedy network will ensure that we constantly evolve and are at the forefront of our field.”

Ms. Frisenberg has a 10-year track record in executive search; she has recruited for senior level leadership functions in 17 European countries, the Middle East and South Africa.

“We are a highly international search firm and have recruited all over Europe,” Ms. Frisenberg said. “In addition, executive search firms have brought more senior executives from other parts of Europe in recent years to run businesses located in Monaco. We believe that this trend will continue as the principality also supports tech startups and entrepreneurs to develop and grow businesses here. Kennedy will enable us to be more competitive by leveraging the strengths of partners in both Europe and North America,” she added.

Expansion Opportunity for Recruiters

Monaco has an unemployment rate of just two percent, with over 48,000 workers who commute from France and Italy each day. One of its main sources of income is tourism. It has also become a major banking center, holding over $100 billion worth of funds. The principality has successfully sought to diversify its economic base into services and small, high value-added, non-polluting industries, such as cosmetics and biothermics. It is seen as a high growth market for search firms looking for expansion opportunities.

“Monaco is a strategic destination for us,” said Jorg Stegemann, CEO of Kennedy Executive Search. “While Monaco is the second smallest country in the world, it boasts one of the world’s lowest poverty rates and a healthy and diversified business community. Not only does it attract high net-worth individuals, but it attracts a variety of international companies that would like to come to Europe and are looking for a prestigious first footprint on the continent.” He said the firm is therefore excited to have a strategic location between France and Italy now to serve them.

Kennedy Executive Search offers what it calls “360 talent management,” from executive search to coaching during a placement’s integration period, and consulting services. The firm services clients across Europe and North America, with offices in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Denver, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Paris and Prague.

Just recently, Kennedy partnered with Integrated People Solutions (IPS), a Denver-headquartered boutique executive search firm founded in 2000 by Eric Pringle. From animal pharmaceuticals to telecom technologies, from non-profits to waste services providers, IPS helps companies build and maintain innovative people strategies to support their business goals.
