iFind Group Partners With Vaco

September 28, 2015 – New York City-based executive search firm iFind Group (iFind) has partnered with consulting and placement firm Vaco. The alliance is intended to strengthen each company’s service offerings, enabling Vaco to increase its presence in the Northeast business corridor and iFind to better serve clients on a national level.

“Vaco is talent-centric, not location-centric and enters markets based solely on the team it is able to field. From the latest hire to the most seasoned veteran leaders, iFind is stacked with professionals we are proud to call partners,” said Jerry Bostelman, Vaco CEO. “It is a giant bonus that the market is New York City because so many of our clients, consultants and candidates have interests and needs that flow through there.”

“The iFind Group prides itself on the deep relationships it has with its clients and candidates and the entrepreneurial way we work together to strengthen their teams on a permanent and consulting basis,” stated Jodi M. Wechsler, founder and managing partner. Co-managing partner Rene Letendre, added: “It is amazing how similar Vaco’s approach to service is, and we are confident that together we will serve our clients in not only many more places but in new and exciting ways.”

Founded in 2007, iFind is a boutique recruiting firm focused on placing executives within the accounting and finance, financial services, and office support areas. The firm serves clients in sectors including alternative assets, investment banking, real estate, wealth management, insurance, media and entertainment as well as Fortune 500 SEC filers.

Vaco partners with clients on strategic talent acquisitions in the areas of accounting, finance, technology, healthcare, operations, and administration. Since its formation in 2002, it has grown to 31 offices, 500 employees and over 3,000 consultants.
