June 7, 2016 – Kennedy Executive Search & Consulting, a partner network of executive search boutique firms, has partnered with Integrated People Solutions (IPS), a Denver-headquartered boutique executive search firm founded in 2000 by Eric Pringle.
Integrated has earned long term client relationships in a diverse array of industries. From animal pharmaceuticals to telecom technologies, from non-profits to waste services providers, IPS helps companies build and maintain innovative people strategies to support their business goals.
With Denver leading the Forbes’ list of best places for business, Colorado is seen as being among the fastest rising economies across the American continent, making Denver the perfect destination to penetrate North America, says Kennedy Executive Search CEO Jorg Stegemann.
“It was important for us to have a presence in North America and we feel that with Integrated People Solutions under Eric’s leadership we have the perfect first partner,” he said. “IPS also runs searches outside Colorado from the East to the West Coast. This means that with our existing network in Europe, we are able to run executive search assignments for our clients anywhere in Europe and North America.”

Which way forward? This is the defining question being asked among talent acquisition professionals and the executive recruiters who service them. This 161-page industry report takes a hard look at the challenges ahead.
“We are excited to join forces. This allows us to extend delivery of exceptional leadership and related consulting services on an international basis to our increasingly global clientele,” said Mr. Pringle. “We look forward to partnering with some of the top boutique executive search firms in the world. This is an excellent opportunity to work with professionals that share our value set and focus on operational excellence.”
Prior to founding Integrated People Solutions, Mr. Pringle was an executive vice president for Slayton Search Partners. Before entering executive search, he held various senior human resources functions at Wells Fargo, US WEST and Amoco.
With the IPS partnership in place, Kennedy Executive Search has made several strategic changes to its infrastructure with the nomination of two managing directors and three practice leaders. Mr. Pringle will serve as managing director North America while Carl Lens will take on the role of managing director Europe. Mr. Lens, an industry veteran, has worked all over Europe and speaks four languages. In addition, Jesper Madsen becomes leader for the firm’s consumer practice, Paul Battye becomes leader for its finance practice and Carl Lens will serve as practice leader for life sciences.
