D. Hilton Associates Recruits Chief People Officer for Apple Federal Credit Union

September 9, 2019 – Executive search firms have been stepping up their efforts to assist companies across the nation to find new chief people officers. The latest: Fairfax, VA-based executive search firm D. Hilton Associates recently placed Sharon Camper as chief people officer of Apple Federal Credit Union. Vice president Jessica Jarman led the assignment.

Ms. Camper has a diverse HR career spanning more than 20 years. She began working within the credit union industry in 2005 when she joined State Department Federal Credit Union in Alexandria, VA, as managing director of human resources and administration, a role she has held for the past 14 years. Prior to that, Ms. Camper worked for Discovery Communications and Hecht Co.

Serving Northern Virginia

Founded in 1985, D. Hilton Associates specializes in the credit union industry. Over the past several months, the firm has recruited new CEOs for Greylock Federal Credit Union, First Financial Federal Credit Union of Maryland, Cascade Community Credit Union in Roseburg, OR and the ORNL Federal Credit Union in Oak Ridge, TN. The firm also recently filled marketing positions for Cascade Community Credit Union, Langley Federal Credit Union and Sharon Credit Union.

Ms. Jarman specializes in executive recruiting with an emphasis on placing information technology, retail delivery, finance and audit/compliance executives within the credit union industry. As a member of the D. Hilton senior team, she brings a wealth of experience in identifying and placing CEO candidates on a regional level by utilizing extensive online research campaigns.

Executive search firm Lucas Group was recently retained to lead the chief people officer search for the new joint venture formed by affiliates of KSL Capital Partners and Henry Crown and Company. Kyle Lehman, managing partner, human resources executive search, is spearheading the assignment.

Human Capital Consultants Places Chief People Officer for ONE Campaign
Human Capital Consultants, LLC placed Anchal Gupta as chief people officer for ONE Campaign, a Washington, D.C.-based advocacy and campaigning organization. The search was led by senior search consultant Katherine Emery.
