Polachi Finds Chief People Officer for Bottom Line Technologies
June 14, 2018 – Talent acquisition strategies at many large companies have become as complex as their balance sheets. At most companies the chief human resource officer plays a vital role in overseeing an organization’s broad-based workforce.
The chief people officer, on the other hand, typically goes beyond overseeing an organization’s people policies. The focus instead is on building talent as a key competitive advantage, with greater emphasis on culture, which includes values, ethics and the company’s mission.
Executive search firm Polachi Inc. recently placed Stephanie Baker Lucey as the new chief people officer of NASDAQ-traded Bottom Line Technologies in Portsmouth, NH.
“We know Steph’s experience navigating organizational complexities will make her a great fit for our client Bottomline Technologies,” said search firm partner Charley Polachi, who spearheaded the assignment.
With over 18 years in global human resources, Ms. Lucey has won a reputation for being able to create a vision and develop exceptional teams. Previously, she served as SVP of human resources for ClickSoftware. Before that, she was VP of HR for Everbridge, and prior to that, head of HR for a business unit at Cimpress. She also held HR roles with Visaprint, Avid Technology and Darwin Partners.
Bottomline Technologies is a provider of financial technology. Its focus on making business payments simple, smart, and secure positions the company to deliver on the potential of voice for B2B payments.
