N2Growth Appoints CEO

September 7, 2021 – N2Growth, a Philadelphia-based management consulting and executive search firm, has named Kelli Vukelic as its new chief executive officer. She becomes the first female CEO of the firm. “Kelli embodies all of the characteristics we were looking for in our next CEO, and we are confident that our clients, employees and shareholders will benefit from her perspective, capabilities and commitment to excellence,” said Mike Myatt, founder and chairman of N2Growth. “She has an extensive global network, deep boardroom experience, and an outstanding reputation for delivering good counsel to senior leaders and organizations across a wide range of industries and geographies.”

Jaco Erasmus, CEO of N2Growth EMEAA, said: “Our growing global client base has enabled us to experience remarkable growth, being able to cover more geographies and complex search assignments than ever before. With Kelli, N2Growth has found an exceptional leader to further our rapid global expansion, as we continue to revolutionize executive search with the most innovative approach in the industry.”

Ms. Vukelic previously served as chief operating officer of N2Growth, leading both business and sales operations for the firm. Prior to joining N2Growth, she held several roles of increasing responsibility at Korn Ferry over her 20-year tenure culminating in an executive leadership role in the global technology practice at Korn Ferry.

Kelli Vukelic is CEO of N2Growth and is responsible for the firm’s global executive search and leadership advisory services. She is located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Ms. Vukelic is an industry veteran, having spent her entire career in executive search. She brings over 20 years of experience to every team and client interaction—melding strategy with executive search, leadership development, and organizational psychology. Her areas of expertise include talent operations and strategy, and C-suite executive recruitment, mainly but not exclusively in technology organizations. Her experience in these areas spans across geographies and organizations of varying sizes. Her passion is purpose-driven leadership, where individuals and organizations can realize purpose alignment to drive impact, including greater personal fulfillment while accelerating organizational performance.

“As an industry veteran, Kelli has had a front row seat to understanding what clients are seeking from an executive search partner and where industry standards and norms have for too long missed the mark,” said Tony Morales, outgoing co-CEO of N2Growth, who will be transitioning to the role of vice chairman of N2Growth’s board of directors.

Ms. Vukelic holds a bachelor’s of technology degree with a focus on leadership and management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology as well as a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Adler University

“I’m very excited about this next chapter of growth for our firm,” said Ms. Vukelic. “I believe N2Growth has the right model to serve clients in a differentiated way and a talented team that is uniquely equipped to continue to drive disruption in the executive search industry that to date has been unlike anything I have seen in over twenty years in the business.”

Global Leadership Consultancy

N2Growth is a global leadership consultancy with practice areas in executive search, culture shaping, leadership development, strategy, organizational design, risk, digital transformation, and executive coaching. The firm has more than 40 locations across the Americas, Europe, MENA, and APAC.

N2Growth recently appointed Steve Manning as managing partner and leader of executive search operations in Southeast Asia. “Steve is a great addition to our team and will help us tremendously moving forward,” said Mr. Myatt. “He’s not only a proven player but a great human being and a good fit for our team. N2Growth has continued to grow throughout 2021, and Steve’s arrival will only accelerate that progress as we continue to set the standard for what search should be.”
