IMSA Search Global Partners Adds Howard-Sloan Search as Newest Member

March 8, 2019 – Global recruiting consortiums continue to take advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas. Among them, executive search network IMSA Search Global Partners has added New York City-headquartered executive search firm Howard-Sloan Search as its newest member firm. Howard-Sloan is led by CEO Mitchell Berger. He joined the company in 1983 and assumed the top role in 1991.

Established in 1957, Howard-Sloan Search’s areas of expertise are advertising, compliance, digital media, fashion, financial services, human resources, legal, life sciences, marketing, non-profit, publishing, real estate and technology.

“Howard-Sloan Search will become a key player in our Americas expansion strategy,” said Lizette Ibarra, an IMSA Search board member from Mexico. “U.S. companies continue expanding in Latin America and often struggle to find the right talent and understand local issues. This partnership will allow us to combine local and regional expertise, so that we can achieve our ultimate goal: to serve more clients, better and faster.”

“We are very proud to be a member of IMSA Search Global Partners,” said Mr. Berger. “Howard-Sloan’s expectations related to IMSA are to partner with high-quality search companies from all over the world and experience shared learning of the best practices. Our goal is to double the size of our company over the next two years.”

Mr. Berger, a second generation leader of the firm, well understands what it takes to bring his firm to the next level, said Ms. Ibarra. “Additionally, they have offices in key locations: New York, Chicago and California and their team is just amazing.”
