A fully retained generalist executive search firm, New Age Balance operates in almost all IMD industry practices. New Age Balance partners Loreda Dragomir and Bogdan Costinescu operate in Romania in services besides executive search. The firm covers various industries, including pharmaceutical, industrial, automotive, financial, consumer/ retail and a full portfolio of services – executive search, interim management, market mapping, assessment and development, professional coaching and more. “We are excited about becoming an IMD partner for the region, and look forward a long lasting and successful collaboration,” New Age Balance said.
