IMD International Search Group Adds New Member Firm in Denmark
October 29, 2019 – Global executive search consortium IMD International Search Group has strengthened its presence in Scandinavia with the addition of Nordic Search Group in Denmark. This strengthens the IMD Scandinavian team, which is composed of Panamera|IMD in Norway, Lisberg in Sweden and IMS Talent in Finland.
Birgitte Dyreborg, managing partner at Nordic Search Group, has 14 years of executive search experience and founded the company in 2014. She works with four associate partners, whose experience in executive search range from six to 15 years. The firm focuses on the FMCG/retail, financial services, life science, and information technology sectors. It provides executive search, board search and leadership assessment across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines. “Nordic Search Group has strong ethics, integrity, and professionalism, which shows in results and feedback from clients who grant high rates on satisfaction surveys,” IMD said.
Ms. Dyreborg has a background in sales and marketing at medical device and life science companies. She has several years of management and startup experience in Denmark and Scandinavia. Before shifting to consulting, she was CEO of the Danish branch of a leading European medical technology company. For more than seven years, Ms. Dyreborg has worked as a partner in the executive search industry. She is also a founding and board member of Search Danmark, the industry association for Danish executive search companies.

IMD also recently elected a new board member and prolonged the mandate of two others at its annual general assembly in Paris. Simona Cremascoli, partner at Milan-based member firm Carter & Benson, joins the IMD board as director in charge of internal communication.
Lastly, IMD added Spain-based executive search firm Robert Allen as a member firm. Robert Allen, established in 1989, has offices in Barcelona and Madrid. The four managing partners — Miguel de Gomis, Javier Beneyto, Joaquin de Juan and Pedro Torrabadella — cover a large range of practices: industrial and manufacturing (along with automotive), consumer goods, retail, technology, financial services and life sciences. Besides executive search, Robert Allen also offers services such as management audit and board assessment, and provides help to family-owned companies with succession planning and professionalization.
