IMD International Search Group Adds New Member Firm in Singapore
June 24, 2019 – Global executive search consortium IMD International Search Group has expanded in the Asia-Pacific region with the addition of I Search Worldwide in Singapore.

Richard Hoon is an expert in this rapidly growing market in which he founded I Search Worldwide in 2002 after having been in the search business for almost 25 years. Prior to becoming a search consultant, he was a senior corporate executive managing commercially operating businesses. A mechanical engineer by training with an MBA degree, Mr. Hoon has a diversified corporate experience ranging from the oil and gas, electronics, pharmaceuticals, tourism, financial services and the healthcare services sectors.
Today, the I Search Worldwide team operate mainly in the following industry practices: consumer, supply chain, manufacturing, healthcare, engineering and business services sectors.

IMD recently elected a new board member and prolonged the mandate of two others at its annual general assembly in Paris. Simona Cremascoli, partner at Milan-based member firm Carter & Benson, joins the IMD board as director in charge of internal communication.
A few months back, IMD added Spain-based executive search firm Robert Allen as a member firm. Robert Allen, established in 1989, has offices in Barcelona and Madrid. The four managing partners — Miguel de Gomis, Javier Beneyto, Joaquin de Juan and Pedro Torrabadella — cover a large range of practices: industrial and manufacturing (along with automotive), consumer goods, retail, technology, financial services and life sciences. Besides executive search, Robert Allen also offers services such as management audit and board assessment, and provides help to family-owned companies with succession planning and professionalization.
