Recruiter Rankings: Global 30
This year Hunt Scanlon Media reviewed an exhaustive list of global recruiting providers and culled it down to the top 30 global talent providers that now dominate the recruiting business worldwide.
A few months back, IMD added Spain-based executive search firm Robert Allen as a member firm. Robert Allen, established in 1989, has offices in Barcelona and Madrid. The four managing partners — Miguel de Gomis, Javier Beneyto, Joaquin de Juan and Pedro Torrabadella — cover a large range of practices: industrial and manufacturing (along with automotive), consumer goods, retail, technology, financial services and life sciences. Besides executive search, Robert Allen also offers services such as management audit and board assessment, and provides help to family-owned companies with succession planning and professionalization.
Dr. Mohr, IMD president and managing partner of Dr. Heimeier & Partner, said the consortium was proud to have Robert Allen join the fold. “This is a very solid firm with experienced partners offering high quality services to their clients,” he said.
