Human Capital Group Opens Offices In Austin and Houston
June 27, 2016 – Brentwood, TN-based The Human Capital Group has opened new offices in Austin and Houston, TX. Senior consultant Jon Schober has been appointed to lead the Austin office while senior consultant Mike Blake will guide the efforts for the firm in Houston.
Mr. Schober has more than 20 years’ experience inside the technology industry and brings large merger and acquisitions experience. His corporate focus has always been people oriented with a background in technical operations and services marketing.
He joins Human Capital Group after founding Maximize Others Leadership Resources and Nuvola Networks. Prior to that he held various leadership roles at Dell with a focus on leading its capabilities development team in the integration of Perot Systems to Dell.
Mr. Blake brings together over 30 years of experience building teams in the corporate and not for profit sectors. He has focused on working with companies to improve their overall performance through organizational and cultural transformation. He specializes in recruiting talented middle to senior-level leaders to meet specific client needs. He is responsible for executing client searches and working with clients in a consultative and mentoring capacity. Most recently, Mr. Blake served as director of development for Guadalupe Radio Network in Houston and prior to that served as a field agent with the Knights of Columbus.
