Harvey Nash Expands Financial Services Practice In Asia
June 13, 2016 – Global search firm Harvey Nash has added Heather Grayson as director of the financial services practice in Asia. As part of the company’s expansion plans she is based in the firm’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong.
In her new role, she reports directly to Nick Marsh, managing director of Harvey Nash Executive Search Asia and is responsible for working with Harvey Nash’s existing client base and developing new business relationships across the Asian markets. The appointment of Ms. Grayson reflects further diversification of Harvey Nash’s client base into real estate as the company expands across Asia.
With 15 years of executive search experience, Ms. Grayson brings relationships and sector expertise across numerous markets in Asia, such as Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Indonesia and India. She has worked in New York and Singapore, and is a search specialist focused on asset management and private equity real estate funds with a specialization in emerging markets.
Prior to joining Harvey Nash, Ms. Grayson was a partner for boutique search firm Reed Hamilton, where she led the firm’s real estate practice in Hong Kong. Prior to that she was a principal consultant with Capstone Recruitment and before that a partner with Rhodes Associates.

The firm recently announced another addition in Asia with the appointment of Audrey Moreau as associate director and leader of the firm’s industry practice in South East Asia. She is based in the firm’s Singapore office. Ms. Moreau has worked in Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore, and is a search specialist focused on the industrial and pharmaceutical sectors across the South East Asia region. Previously, she was with Morgan Philips where she was director of APAC.
