Harvey Nash Names Head of Leadership Consulting

February 5, 2016 – Harvey Nash Executive Search has appointed Rachael Hanley-Browne as its new head of leadership consulting. She will be based in London.

Ms. Hanley-Browne brings with her a wealth of consultancy expertise and business experience to Harvey Nash from her career in business leadership and as a non-executive, having been employed by large multinationals and SME organizations within and outside of the search industry. She joins Harvey Nash from Ashridge Business School, where she held the position of corporate client director, a role that saw her develop international client relationships and business in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She was also member of Ashridge’s custom & consulting leadership team.

She has a substantial track record in advising and consulting clients from multiple sectors, including consumer, industry, financial services, public sector and education in the field of HR consultancy, organization and personal development, executive coaching and assessment both in the U.K. and overseas.
