IRC Global Continues Asia Pacific Expansion

December 4, 2015 – IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC) has continued to grow its roster of member firms in the Asia Pacific region with the addition of CnetG Asia, an executive search firm in Malaysia and Thailand represented by founding partners Manish Mehta and Raj Kumar.

CnetG Asia, headquartered in Malaysia, was established in 2001 with the mission of delivering executive search services to global and Malaysian organizations, multinational companies, entrepreneur-led organizations, family-owned businesses and non-governmental organizations. Over the last decade, CnetG’s team of consultants have delivered search mandates for clients in the Middle East and Europe, besides South East Asia, across the energy, pharmaceutical and consumer goods, industrial and banking & financial services sectors.

IRC Partners has been expanding its global footprint all year long. Lagos, Nigeria-based Leading Edge Consulting joined IRC as a partner firm. Nigeria, often called the ‘Giant of Africa,’ is the largest economy on the African continent with a population of nearly 175 million. It is the seventh most populous country in the world inhabited by some 500 ethnic groups. The country’s oil reserves have played a major role in its growing wealth and influence and it is now considered to be an emerging market by the World Bank.

Budapest-headquartered BM Recruitment also joined IRC as a member firm. Serving clients in Hungary since 2007, BM Recruitment serves the production/manufacturing, construction/real estate, finance/accounting, diagnostic and legal industries. Barbara Vincze serves as managing director of the firm. “Over the past years Hungary has been attracting manufacturing business in a broad range of industries, one of them being suppliers to the global automotive industry,” said Mr. Westerburger.

IRC also added Synergy Consultants India to its global network of recruiting and leadership advisory firms. Established in 1989, Synergy Consultants is among the pioneers of executive search in India. “India is one of the key emerging markets. We are really pleased that we identified such a strong and experienced partner in this country,” said Mr. Westerburger.
