“With our expansion into Thailand and Malaysia we are able to serve our clients better in the Asia Pacific region. Our new partners bring strong regional expertise and deep sector knowledge in a broad range of industries. This is good news for our clients in every corner of the world seeking to grow their activities in this exciting region,” said Patrick Westerburger, president of the board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners.
“Becoming a member of IRC, we extend our executive recruitment expertise to clients of IRC partner firms in Malaysia and Thailand,” said Mr. Kumar. “The ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) market is a large economy, and within this context an understanding of local markets and cultures is critical.”

The country’s oil reserves have played a major role in its growing wealth and influence and it is now considered to be an emerging market by the World Bank.
Budapest-headquartered BM Recruitment also joined IRC as a member firm. Serving clients in Hungary since 2007, BM Recruitment serves the production/manufacturing, construction/real estate, finance/accounting, diagnostic and legal industries. Barbara Vincze serves as managing director of the firm. “Over the past years Hungary has been attracting manufacturing business in a broad range of industries, one of them being suppliers to the global automotive industry,” said Mr. Westerburger.
IRC also added Synergy Consultants India to its global network of recruiting and leadership advisory firms. Established in 1989, Synergy Consultants is among the pioneers of executive search in India. “India is one of the key emerging markets. We are really pleased that we identified such a strong and experienced partner in this country,” said Mr. Westerburger.
