AIMS Expands Into Belgium

December 14, 2018 – AIMS International has strengthened its presence in Europe with the creation of AIMS International Belgium. The firm has appointed Olivier Legrand as managing partner to lead the new location.

The office in Belgium offers the full range of executive search, leadership development and HR process consulting services provided by AIMS International.

After more than 20 years in senior and general management positions in the consumer industry and especially in the automotive industry, notably as vice president, aftermarket EMEA of Wolf Oil Corp., Mr. Legrand developed his own consulting activity, supporting international companies that were reshaping their business strategies or organizations.

In his new role, Mr. Legrand’s key mission will be to promote and develop the AIMS International brand locally as well as to strategically support the entire organization in serving clients with headquarters or subsidiaries in the country.

“The creation of an entity in Belgium, a country where many companies have their global or European headquarters, is a key strategic step in the further development of our coverage of the region,” said Grégoire Depeursinge, EVP of EMEA at AIMS. “With a presence in 36 EMEA markets and virtually all European countries, AIMS International is now in a position to be the partner of choice for international companies as well as clients needing to source talent with a region-wide scope.”

Serving Belgium

“Thanks to Olivier’s experience, the support of our European offices and their consultants, and the added value of international best practices and truly global reach, AIMS International Belgium will be able to deliver the highest quality service in the market,” he said.

Mr. Legrand said he welcomed the challenges ahead. “Becoming part of AIMS International is an opportunity to join a team of recognized professionals and one of very few truly global executive search & leadership development services organizations,” he said. “I am delighted to be a member of this fantastic group and look forward to helping develop it further.”
