AIMS Expands in Poland

October 1, 2018 – AIMS International has grown in Eastern Europe with the addition of a leading consultancy previously known as FIT Specialist Recruitment. The firm, which will now operate as AIMS Poland, was established in 2009 and is led by founders Malgorzata Tylec-Gusakov and Natalia Woszczerowcz.

“From the outset, we have played a vital role in bringing together significant players from accounting & finance, tax & law, IT & new technology, FMCG and production,” said Mss. Tylec-Gusakov and Woszczerowcz in a statement. “We acquire exceptional individuals suited to the clients’ needs and take great effort to find good matches and facilitate professional experiences which are attractive to both the candidate and our client.”

Their highest priority, they said, is to further the development of both parties. “To help our clients build teams within which the synergy combines to advance both the candidate and client,” they said. “That would not have been possible individually. AIMS International offers us an excellent platform to take our business to the next level and expand our services to become even more efficient for our international clients in Poland and our Polish clients beyond Poland. We endeavor to find optimal harmony between the professional readiness and mindset of the candidate and the client’s organization.”

 Polish Market

The Polish team offers services such as: executive search, leadership assessment, talent management, legal executive consulting, legal management.

“Poland is a key location and we are very excited at the prospect of being able to better serve our global clients in this market, by the possibility to learn about its specific needs as well as to share our global knowledge for the benefit of the Polish business community,” said Grégoire Depeursinge, EVP of EMEA at AIMS. “With this latest addition to our partnership, we are now present in virtually every market in Europe and can thus offer unprecedented coverage to our clients.”

Poland’s economy is considered to be one of the more resilient of the post-Communist countries and is one of the fastest growing within the E.U. Having a strong domestic market, low private debt, flexible currency and not being dependent on a single export sector, Poland is the only European economy to have avoided the late-2000s recession. The Polish banking sector is the largest in the Central and Eastern European region.
