The International Executive Search Federation Adds Find Great People to Network

October 22, 2021 – The International Executive Search Federation (IESF) has added Find Great People, a talent acquisition and human resources consulting firm, to its international network. This expansion is in line with the expansion strategy of IESF to be represented worldwide as a growing international organization. “As a new member of our network, we welcome Find Great People,” said Victor Carulla president of IESF. With their presence in the U.S., it gives our organization a broader representation, both from our existing members to this newcomer and vice versa. We’re looking forward to share knowledge, learn from each other and work on cross border assignments together.”

IESF’s former U.S. partner and current member of the IESF advisory board Timothy Smith from the Aslon Group assisted in the search for his U.S. successor. “I see FGP as a great addition to our team of global partners at IESF,” said Mr. Smith. “The most important aspect I am drawn to is the strong people vibes that I get from everyone I met. They have good values and are service driven to graciously help anyone, whether it be their employees, clients or colleagues.”

“Since learning about IESF, its purpose, and the opportunities that exist to care for clients across the globe, we believe this is yet another added value that we can offer our clients that are based in the USA who have international operations,” said Steve Hall, senior talent consultant and vice president of business development at Find Great People. “In addition, we’d expect this to lead to new client opportunities because of the international reach. Last and just as important, we’ve been fortunate to build a very strong brand and business over the past nearly 40 years, but it would bring tremendous value to our clients to establish international search partner relationships as well as and continue to learn best practices from others.”

Over nearly four decades, Find Great People’s services have evolved to include direct hire search, executive search, temporary staffing, contract staffing, consulting and outplacement. Specialty areas include accounting and finance, engineering, executive, healthcare, human resources, manufacturing, nonprofit, public sector, sales and marketing and technology. Find Great People is headquartered in Greenville, SC, with offices in Columbia, SC, and Nashville, TN.

Founded in 2002, the International Executive Search Federation identifies talent and leadership in 80 offices and 18 countries. The IESF offers a fully customized, local approach to search projects, based on culture, regional economics and the local candidate marketplace.

Newly Launched Advisory Board

The International Executive Search Federation has introduced an advisory board. “The aim is that this body will not only enhance the international network reputation and credibility but will also provide the president and current members of the leadership council with valuable knowledge, information, lessons learned, insights and ideas,” IESF said. “The main goal of the advisory board is being a sparring partner for the president and the leadership counsel of IESF.

Tim Smith, founder of the ASLON Group Executive Search in the U.S. – one of the longest (former) partners of IESF – has been appointed the organization’s first board member. A number of reputable executive search industry professionals and former IESF presidents, will join the IESF advisory board in the course of the year and will report directly to the group’s president.
