The International Executive Search Federation Launches Advisory Board

June 24, 2021 – The International Executive Search Federation (IESF) has introduced an advisory board. “The aim is that this body will not only enhance the international network reputation and credibility but will also provide the president and current members of the leadership council with valuable knowledge, information, lessons learned, insights and ideas,” IESF said. “The main goal of the advisory board is being a sparring partner for the president and the leadership counsel of IESF.

Tim Smith, founder of the ASLON Group Executive Search in the U.S. – one of the longest (former) partners of IESF – has been appointed the organization’s first board member. A number of reputable executive search industry professionals and former IESF presidents, will join IESF’ advisory board in the course of the year and will report directly to the president of IESF.
