Growing Search Firm
The Atlantic Group was founded in New York City in 2006 with a primary focus on finance, accounting, operations, investor relations and other infrastructure roles. The firm has evolved over the last 10 years to become a diverse and comprehensive recruiting organization with capabilities that now include information technology, front office investment search, corporate services & administrative support, healthcare, construction & mechanical services, and a full-service staffing practice, which provides coverage to all of the above practice areas.
The firm has experienced a wave of growth in recent months. In September, Atlantic Group opened an office in Morristown, NJ. “Our Morristown location allows us to penetrate the northern New Jersey job market by providing the same thoughtful recruitment services all of our clients are accustomed to – relationship driven client service in the finance & accounting and legal & compliance verticals,” said Rich Scardina, co-founder of Atlantic Group.
Also in September, the firm unveiled its front office financial services recruiting division. It will focus on revenue generating and client-facing buy-side and sell-side positions geared towards financial services professionals with backgrounds in investment analysis, research, sales & trading, investment banking and business development.
In June, Atlantic Group launched a new office in Stamford, CT. Stamford is a centralized location about 30 miles from Manhattan and in the Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk Metro area, which is a part of the Greater New York metropolitan area. The location also allows Atlantic Group recruiters to connect with job seekers throughout Fairfield (Connecticut) and Westchester (New York) counties.
“The addition of the Stamford office is a reflection of the investment Atlantic Group is making to ensure that the needs of area clients and job seekers are being met,” said Natasha Moore, partner at the Atlantic Group. “The Stamford office is consistent with what Atlantic Group has set out to achieve – expanding the firm’s search capabilities into the very important suburbs of major cities, while also helping both clients and job seekers achieve their staffing and job search goals.”
