Talent Source Group Opens Doors
July 12, 2017 – Talent Source Group (TSG), an executive search firm and recruitment agency focused on placing finance and accounting professionals, has recently opened for business in Connecticut and the New York metropolitan area.
TSG partners with Fortune 500 and middle-market companies to attract, deploy and develop their talent base. The firm also works with accounting and finance professionals to match them with available positions in corporate finance, technical and operational accounting, internal audit, management consulting, financial systems, tax and other operational roles.
Search Veteran
TSG was founded by Pio A. Imperati, an executive search expert and financial recruiter with 16 years of experience in public accounting, corporate finance, and professional recruiting. He previously served as a partner Vision Financial Search. Mr. Imperati began his career in public accounting with Andersen LLP and later worked in corporate finance with Diageo.
“I believe that helping companies find the right candidates and individuals find the right company is not about making transactions but about building relationships,” he said. “Currently, in the New York metro area, there is a great deal of demand for talented accounting and finance professionals by both Fortune 500 and mid-market companies.”
Over the years, he added, “I have built an extensive network of premier accounting and finance professionals in the Connecticut and New York areas and helped companies across multiple industries acquire top-tier talent. I’ve tried to build a reputation based on honesty, integrity and diligence.”
