Talengo Appoints Leadership Consultancy Director In Mexico

December 7, 2016 – Madrid-headquartered executive search firm Talengo named Jorge Mauricio Reynoso as director of its leadership consultancy division in Mexico.

His responsibilities will include enhancing the firm’s talent and culture diagnostics and leadership development services within leading sectors in the geographical area. Talengo has been operating for over 20 years in Latin America and has had offices in Colombia and Mexico since 2012.

Mr.  Reynoso has more than three decades of experience in senior positions within human resources in Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Talengo, Mr. Reynoso was HR executive director for Latin America at pharmaceutical company MSD. Previously, he performed various executive positions within HR in companies including Coca-Cola Co., Mars México, Becton Dickinson & Co., Tyco, Chrysler and Cervecería Moctezuma. He has also had a long career as a professor in strategic management, change management and organizational development.

Global Launch

Talengo has two decades  of experience in leadership consultancy, executive search and board advisory services across Europe and the Americas, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Bogotá and Mexico City. The firm also chairs The Global Community for Leaders (TGCL) network which has representation in the U.K., France, Geneva, Denmark, Dubai and Brazil. Several months ago, Talengo, along with executive search firms Alderbrooke and ALSpective, launched TGCL to assist clients looking for global solutions.
