Steven Douglas Associates Names Managing Director

May 24, 2016 – Fort Lauderdale-based executive search firm Steven Douglas Associates has named Vivian Gonzalez-Padilla as managing director, search division, for central Florida.

Ms. Gonzalez-Padilla brings over 13 years of experience in executive search with a specialty in accounting and finance recruiting. She focuses on providing search services for mid-market to Fortune 500 companies in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and finance from mid-level management to C-level executives.

Prior to joining Steven Douglas, Ms. Gonzalez-Padilla managed boutique search firm Tews Company. She was located in central Florida where she focused on finance & accounting hiring needs. Earlier in her career, Ms. Gonzalez-Padilla worked for The Walt Disney Company, where she was responsible for the human resource and recruiting functions for her division.
