DSG Global Appoints Managing Director

June 9, 2026 – DSG Global has expanded with the addition of Arpan Narayan as managing director. “We are pleased to welcome Arpan to DSG Global at a time when leveraging technology and AI depends on leadership that can execute the agenda,” said Aileen Alexander, CEO of DSG Global. “People sit at the center of the most consequential decisions, and Arpan brings an ability to align leaders across the C-suite, develop solutions, and prepare for the future—amid constant change.”

Mr. Narayan brings nearly 20 years of experience advising C-suite leaders and boards across financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and technology, consistently linking people strategy to measurable outcomes.

Mr. Narayan started his career in enterprise risk, focusing on model risk, liquidity risk, and regulatory governance. Before joining DSG, he held senior leadership roles at Genpact, Coqual, and KPMG International. At Genpact, Mr. Narayan led the human capital advisory practice for financial services clients, partnering with C-suite executives on workforce strategy, operating model design, and organizational performance. At Coqual, he served as executive vice president and led the firm’s consulting practice.

Earlier, Mr. Narayan served as global head of culture for KPMG International, where he shaped the firm’s people and culture agenda across its global network. Across these roles, he worked closely with C-suite executives on operating model transformation, workforce strategy, and organizational performance across financial services, life sciences, and technology.

“An established focus of Arpan’s work is understanding how AI reshapes the way organizations work and what that means for leaders, teams, and culture,” DSG Global said. “AI is changing how value is created, how work is organized, and what it takes to motivate and upskill talent across an increasingly agentic workforce. He advises organizations on the operating models, governance structures, and leadership capabilities needed to capture AI’s value without losing what makes their cultures distinctive.”

In his new role, Mr. Narayan will help drive DSG’s consulting and executive search offerings, partnering with boards and executive teams to strengthen succession, elevate performance, and embed AI into human capital planning.

“Organizations and executive teams are navigating a different kind of pressure right now,” said Mr. Narayan. “We are seeing tighter scrutiny on leadership decisions, faster-moving competitive environments, and uncertainty around how AI is reshaping work. The organizations managing this well draw clear connections between who they hire, how they lead, and what they deliver. That is the work I’m keen to do with our clients’ at DSG.”
