Stanton Chase Names Aerospace and Defense Practice Leader

August 1, 2019 – Baltimore, MD-headquartered Stanton Chase has named Kristi Moe Hope, a director in its Atlanta office, as global sector leader for aerospace and defense.

“Her search experience and expertise in aerospace and defense, coupled with her business and systems engineering background give her a unique perspective on the search process and what major aerospace and defense corporations are seeking in today’s leaders.”

Ms. Hope has 25 years of executive leadership experience with broad-ranging international expertise in program management, strategic planning, customer relations, government relations and marketing. She is part of the industrial and technology practice groups at Stanton Chase. Ms. Hope serves a client base in both the technology, commercial industry and government market sectors. Her specialization focuses on senior-level executive search assignments across these markets and within all the functional elements comprising the client enterprise.

Previously, she held senior-level executive positions with large, medium and small aerospace and defense companies including industry stalwarts Lockheed Martin, Honeywell and Textron/AAI.

Ms. Hope has managed geographically dispersed teams and major government contracts. She has coordinated complex activities associated with installation of enterprise management resource programs, integrating multiple sites for communication, training, job/organization redefinition, process integrity, and customer change management initiatives.

With offices in major cities around the world, Stanton Chase offers clients a global perspective while understanding local cultures and the challenges of moving products by sea, air, rail and trucking.

Stanton Chase recently added veteran search consultant J. James O’Malley as managing director in its Chicago office. He serves as a senior member of the professional services and financial services practice groups for Stanton Chase. Most recently, he was a partner and executive search practice leader at TalentRISE, a recruitment solutions firm in Chicago.
