RevelOne Recruits Top Marketing Executive for Sézane
February 17, 2023 – As business becomes more complex and power shifts from producers of goods and services to consumers, the chief marketing officer’s job of planning and coordinating marketing activities has become more challenging — and much more influential. Greenwood Village, CO-based executive search firm RevelOne recently assisted in the recruitment of Kelsie Lo-Pelletier as vice president of marketing, North America for Sézane. Strohm Gaston and Emma Johnson led the assignment.

Ms. Lo-Pelletier is known as a creative and strategic marketing leader with a focus on crafting campaigns that articulate and amplify a brand’s story. She is a self-starter who is comfortable managing agencies and teams, working with creatives, and packaging and presenting results and recommendations for optimal cross-functional alignment. Previously, Ms. Lo-Pelletier was vice president of brand marketing at MeUndies. Before that, she was vice president of brand marketing at ShoeDazzle. Prior to this, Ms. Lo-Pelletie was a senior marketing manager with ModCloth.

Founded in 2013 by Morgane Sézalory, Sézane bills itself as the first French fashion brand to place quality, creativity, and the right price at the heart of its collections. Recently, Sezalory announced Nordstrom as its first U.S. retail partner, growing the business internationally. Last September the brand launched its first international outpost, with a similar 2,000-square foot space in New York. The brand has also been experimenting with pop-ups in markets including Los Angeles and London, where it signed a lease for a permanent store in Notting Hill in 2018.

RevelOne Recruits Chief Marketing Officer for The Pro’s Closet
RevelOne has assisted in the recruitment of Kaitlin Cameron as the new chief marketing officer of The Pro’s Closet (TPC). Kim Thiel led the assignment. “Kaitlin’s addition to our executive team brings us into a new era – beginning our physical retail initiative and extending our brand and marketing presence to new audiences in widespread, comprehensive, and cogent ways,” said John Levisay, chief executive officer of TPC.
Ms. Johnson is as associate at RevelOne and brings experience in both talent and market analysis. She has full-desk recruiting responsibilities including owning searches end-to-end, market mapping and research, sourcing and screening talent, role strategy and scoping, client communication, and business development. Prior to RevelOne, she worked as an analyst at a private equity focused management consulting firm Green Peak Partners.

RevelOne recently assisted in the recruitment of Hendrik Haandrikman as vice president of marketing for RevenueCat in San Francisco. Vice president Harry Master led the assignment. “Hendrik’s years of experience in building marketing organizations from the ground up, exceeding year-over-year revenue goals and driving high rates of growth at various startups stood out to the team,” RevelOne said. Mr. Haandrikman most recently served as VP of growth marketing at Bitrise. In this role, he built a marketing organization that supported the business as the company grew from two dozen users to over 200. He created the mobile dev-ops category and worked with the founding team and board as Bitrise raised its series B and C rounds.
