N2Growth Recruits President for Hiffman
February 17, 2023 – N2Growth, a Philadelphia-based management consulting and executive search firm, has assisted in the recruitment of John Heiberger as president of Hiffman. This includes NAI Hiffman, an independent commercial real estate company in the Midwest, and Hiffman National, a project management, property accounting and lease administration services company. The assignment was led by senior director Tom Dunn.

Mr. Heiberger’s appointment is part of the company’s continued growth in North America and the Midwest. In his new role, he will head their corporate accounting and oversee the company’s operations and people services departments, while also advising on strategic financial decisions to strengthen the Hiffman brands, enhance the company’s customer-centric focus, and position Hiffman for new growth opportunities in the coming years. Reporting to Mr. Petersen and working alongside chief operating officer Michael Flynn, Mr. Heiberger will join the existing executive leadership team to support the company’s goals and growth objectives in the coming years.
Mr. Heiberger has more than 30 years of experience in an array of financial and commercial real estate sectors, including debt placement, risk management, strategy, and portfolio management. He previously served as U.S. head of portfolio management at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). In one of his most recent roles at CIBC, Mr. Heiberger ran and reshaped a transaction-oriented business into a relationship-focused, $7 billion asset platform for the U.S. region of CIBC. As part of the CIBC Bank USA executive leadership team, he helped the bank grow to more than $100 billion in assets with 36 offices in 13 states. Mr. Heiberger has been a part of the CRE community for a long time. He has served on the board of NAIOP Chicago for many years and is an influential leader in the field.

N2Growth Acquires FluidMind Consulting
N2Growth has expanded to Mexico with its acquisition of Mexican talent and leadership advisory firm FluidMind Consulting and appointing the firm’s founder, Carlos Alfonso Gonzalez, as managing partner. Mr. Gonzalez will be responsible for all operations in Mexico and neighboring countries and will report directly to Kelli Vukelic, chief executive officer of N2Growth. Mr. Dunn is a senior director at N2Growth in Philadelphia, working in the firm’s executive search practice, supporting a range of industries. He acts as an adviser to both clients and senior executives on talent management and succession planning in this role. Additionally, Mr. Dunn works with the management team in business development and the internal strategy of the business. Currently, he is co-leading a digital and software implementation team (N2Vue) to optimize the delivery of N2Growth’s talent and leadership solutions.
