Rich Fisher

Rich Fisher serves as partner for Jobplex, Inc., a DHR International company.

As vice president/client partner with Wyndham Mills International for 14 years, Rich was a key member of the Energy and Industrial search practice and served other clients as well in diverse markets.  Rich’s work has included numerous sales & marketing, operations leadership and technical searches for an extensive array of utilities, IPP’s, equipment , services and raw material suppliers, covering all fuel types from coal to nuclear.  Joining Jobplex in 2013, Rich now serves as the Jobplex Industrial practice lead in the Carolinas, primarily serving the firm’s industrial clients.

Working with executives and boards, Rich’s assignments have included C-level and vice presidents, as well as directors, managers and technical positions in both the US and ten foreign countries in the energy and industrial sector. This international experience, in addition to working with a broad array of business environments has contributed to a deep understanding of both global and corporate cultures.  With his broad experience, Rich is adept at understanding businesses and the challenges and opportunities they face in today’s market, and then recruiting  the right talented individuals that have made positive impacts with all of his clients.

Prior to his time at Wyndham Mills International, Rich was a regional sales leader for a number of years. With Louisiana based specialty paper mill, Nicholas Paper, Rich grew the Southeast region from $50,000 to $8,000,000 annually.  As National Accounts Manager for Hills Brothers Coffee, a division of Nestle Beverage, Rich led account development and key wins with marquis clients such as Disney, Burger King, Days Inn, and others.

Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Science from Duke University and resides in Greensboro, NC.  Rich was a volunteer soccer coach for many years and has served on both nonprofit and private boards.
