Justin Hirsch

Justin Hirsch is the President and HR Executive Search Lead for Jobplex, Inc., a DHR International company. Jobplex leads the recruiting industry in offering diversified search services for the emerging leader/next generation of executive; thereby complementing DHR International’s senior level executive search practice.

During his 18 years in HR executive search, Justin has successfully managed hundreds of mid to senior level placements for Fortune 1000 clients across all industries.  Justin is known for exceptional client service, sharp business insights, and a deep expertise in candidate assessment and development.   He brings an unparalleled ability to partner with HR executives to identify the ideal candidate’s profile, attract and present top-tier candidates, and advise them in selecting the right candidate who not only meets the position requirements, but also thrives in the company’s culture and business climate.

Justin was recruited to join Jobplex in 2010 to scale the HR executive search practice and drive the evolution of the firm’s structure and brand.  As part of the strategic growth strategy for Jobplex, Justin has expanded the firm from eight domestic consultants to 35 consultants across the US and into various regions, including Canada, LATAM and Europe.  Justin’s ability to easily identify and recruit high potential individuals has resulted in the successful build out of Jobplex with the assistance of his exceptional leadership team.  He invests significantly in both the partner and the associate level population and takes the time to coach and mentor them, all while maintaining several key accounts and recruitment projects.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Justin served as Partner, VP of Client Services for Abbott Smith Associates, Inc., a boutique executive search firm specializing in HR.  Starting in 1998, he consistently ranked as the top business developer of the firm and built his firm’s entire practice in the high tech space with clients such as Microsoft, Amazon, Cisco, Google, Qualcomm and Dell.

Justin began his career with Drake Beam Morin, where he played an integral role in launching the firm’s first Business Development Center.  His background also includes sports marketing & management, gained while working with the Chicago Cubs, National Football League/Premier Sports and at Indiana University.

Justin holds a BS in Marketing from Indiana University.  He resides in Deerfield, IL with his wife and two children.
