Christopher P. Oldham serves as partner for Jobplex, Inc., a DHR International Company, and is based in the firms Nashville, Tenn. office. Mr. Oldham is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in business development, recruitment and operations management in healthcare services, the human capital marketplace and business professional services. He has worked in mid to senior management roles with full P&L oversight while conducting hundreds of searches and thousands of business transactions over the course of his career.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oldham served in such roles as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Regional Vice President and Division President managing teams on a local, regional and national level for some of the industry’s leading Healthcare recruitment and staffing firms. He has lived in various cities, traveled throughout the United States, and internationally. This diverse set of experiences, teamed with industry leading DHR International resources, uniquely positions Mr. Oldham to leverage his network while partnering with clients to attract top quality leadership that makes a positive impact on company culture, revenue growth and bottom line profits.

Mr. Oldham attended Western Kentucky University, and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Health/Healthcare Administration. He also interned at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Healthcare Administration/Management.

Mr. Oldham is a Nashville native and currently resides in the area with his family.
