Pamela Krepchin

Pamela (Pam) Krepchin joined AGB Search in 2023.  She brings over 25 years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience working within organizations in the Financial Services, Management Consulting and Higher Education fields.  She has conducted hundreds of searches at all levels across multiple disciplines, having been both a U.S. Head of Capital Markets Recruitment and a Campus Recruitment Leader during her career.  Her expertise and deep understanding of the full recruitment life cycle has enabled her to be highly effective at identifying and placing talent in extremely competitive, demanding industries.  Most recently, Ms. Krepchin has been focused on recruitment at Apollo Global Management where she joined after seven years at Royal Bank of Canada.

Ms. Krepchin grew up in California and started her career in Undergraduate College Admissions at Holy Names College and Saint Mary’s College of California before transitioning to Deloitte Consulting.  Upon moving to the east coast, she joined the Career Management leadership team at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business (MBA) then moved to New York City to work in Financial Services.

Ms. Krepchin brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources and has placed talent in a variety of areas including:  Fundraising, Investor Relations, Sustainability, Investment Banking, Human Resources, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Operations.  She is known for having a passion for increasing diversity in the workforce and for mission-driven organizations.
