Managing Director, Interim Leaders

Michelle Davis serves as Managing Director for McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders, where she advises in the delivery of consulting services to market leaders in financial services. Michelle is focused on strategic, organizational advisory and project-driven innovation for credit unions, banks, specialty finance platforms, and financial technology companies. She is passionate about creating more inclusive workplaces through program execution of diversity, equity, and inclusion and helping bridge a gap for companies going through significant changes or during the transition of a key senior leader.

Michelle brings over 10 years of search and consulting experience and recently served as Managing Director for the firm’s Financial Services Practice within executive search. She partnered closely with community-centric financial institutions in providing C-level executives who specialize in digitization and transformation, data analytics, finance, operations, information technology, enterprise risk management, and human capital.

Michelle champions building financial literacy and awareness for vulnerable families in Orange County and spends time serving the underemployed and underserved population in her community. Michelle received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and lives in Trabuco Canyon with her husband and son.
