Mark McConnell serves as Senior Managing Director for McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders, where he forges relationships with companies addressing transition, change, and transformation. He partners closely with clients who require on-demand consulting resources to bridge leadership gaps and propel their business forward. He has experience working with emerging and enterprise-level companies across numerous industries and has depth in functional areas such as finance, accounting, human resources, and operations.

Mark’s career in the professional services industry spans over two decades, and he has held impactful positions within notable private and public professional services firms. Before joining McDermott + Bull, Mark served as a Vice President of Business Development with a global consulting firm. Mark expanded client portfolios and led teams across Southern California during his time there.

Mark originally hails from Texas and now resides in Newport Beach, CA, with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys going to the beach with his family, golfing, and exercising in his free time.
