Julie Francis

Director, Interim Leaders

Julie Francis serves as a Director of McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders, where she identifies and secures highly skilled executives to address client companies’ critical business challenges, provide interim leadership, and oversee special projects. She works with executive leadership at middle-market and enterprise-level companies as well as with investment banks and private equity groups to improve operational and financial performance.

Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Julie served as a Director of Business Development at Tatum, where she focused on helping privately held middle-market companies address mission critical needs in finance, operations, and technology. She also served as a Director of Business Development at RSM and assisted middle-market companies with operational improvement, tax planning, and audit services. She has over 15 years of experience working with companies to address operational and financial challenges.

Julie grew up in Central Illinois and now resides in Redondo Beach, CA with her husband and two children. She loves to run, swim, and hike in her free time.
