Richard Armstrong

Richard Armstrong serves as Partner for N2Growth’s office in London and will continue to expand the company’s Executive Search practice across the UK, focusing on Executive Search, Board of Directors, and C-suite searches. Richard brings with him twenty years of specialist recruitment experience and has been a trusted adviser to some of the world’s leading pre- and post-IPO technology companies.

Prior to joining N2Growth, Richard founded The AJR Partnership, a highly successful boutique Executive Search firm focused on global Go-To-Market campaigns for Venture Capital and Private Equity portfolio companies. He has personally executed 200+ strategic leadership searches worldwide and understands the importance of high integrity and accountability in connecting the industry’s top leadership talent with the world’s leading organizations.

Richard grew up in East Yorkshire, UK, and holds a BA Hons. in Journalism from the University of Lincoln. He is a keen sportsman who played football to a semi-professional standard. When he’s not spending downtime with his wife and two children, you might find him on the golf course or the tennis court.
