Andy Riise is an Executive in Residence at N2Growth, supporting the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice with deep expertise in Chief Operating Officer search and Chief Product Officer search. As a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel, Andy is a respected leader and mental performance coach. A West Point graduate and former Army football player, Andy spent over 20 years leading Soldiers from elite Special Forces to teaching psychology and leadership at West Point, the US Air Force Academy, and Texas A&M University.
Andy’s also served as a professional mental skills coach for two Major League Baseball teams. He’s the founder and lead trainer of Design to Perform. As a speaker, facilitator, and coach, he now guides leaders and teams in business, sports, law enforcement, and health care. His wife, Katie, and their four children live in Houston, Texas.
