With over 10 years of experience in top and executive search, Daniele partners with CEOs, HR leaders, and entrepreneurs to define role mandates, understand critical success factors, and translate organizational needs into targeted, credible searches. His approach is consultative, focused on building long-term client partnerships and delivering leadership solutions that drive business impact.

Before joining N2Growth, Daniele spent ten years at Tailor&Fox, a boutique executive search and HR consulting firm, where he served as Senior Partner and later as Equity Partner. He led searches for top and middle management across multiple industries, developing a strong track record of successful placements and trusted relationships with clients and candidates.

Earlier in his career, he founded an online recruiting platform and a certified employment HR agency, and held business development and sales roles at Diversey Italia and SOPREMA Italia, gaining experience in commercial operations, governance, and multinational environments – experience valuable for understanding corporate business dynamics.

Daniele holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Milan and a Master’s in Human Resources, combining analytical rigor with deep insight into human behavior and organizational culture. He is certified by the Italian Ministry of Labour as an Employment Agency and holds credentials in HR management.
