Dalene White
Associate
Dalene White is an Executive Search Associate and Consultant with AGB Search. She joined the firm in 2017 as a Research Associate. She is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of searches in conjunction with the Principals and Executive Search Consultants. Her role includes helping to build robust pools of candidates, executing effective communication strategies, and ensuring that each search is executed successfully in accordance with the firm’s high standard of service.

Experience and Honors
Ms. White has held a variety of positions within the higher education landscape. She began as a Major Gifts Officer and Director of Planned Giving at Monmouth College and then served as the President’s Chief of Staff. At Silver Lake College of the Holy Family, she was the Director of Communications and Public Relations, and for seven years, she served as the First Lady of Bethel College (KS) and spearheaded the campus volunteer program.
