Odgers Berndtson Adds Former Norman Broadbent President

October 19, 2015 – Former Norman Broadbent president Sally Drexler has joined Odgers Berndtson in Los Angeles as a partner, establishing a new presence for the firm in the consumer and media industries.

Ms. Drexler has over 15 years of international search experience specializing in digital, retail, media, and the travel industries. Previously, she was president of Norman Broadbent USA, where she established the U.S. subsidiary for a European-based heritage search firm. She built a new client base from the ground floor while managing strategic, financial and operational initiatives for new business, reporting to the global CEO. She focused on board and C-suite level appointments in online/digital, travel, leisure, retail, technology, media and private equity-backed businesses.

She began her career in the U.K. as legal counsel in the media industry, holding positions within a major U.K. broadcasting company and a leading production company.
