Odgers Berndtson Adds Former CTPartners Life Sciences & Healthcare Recruiting Specialist

October 8, 2015 – Former CTPartners recruiter Belinda Humphrey has joined Odgers Berndtson as a principal in its life sciences & healthcare practice. She will be based in the firm’s Atlanta office.

She joins ex-CTPartners colleagues Pamela Santos and Steven Payne, who joined the firm’s Boston and New York offices; 16-year search industry veteran John Hawkins; Tina Veen; nine-year CTPartners veteran Paul Aldrich; and Keith Macomber who are all recent additions to Odgers. Ms. Humphrey is a 30-year healthcare veteran whose experience spans three sides of the industry: direct delivery of healthcare, medical education and marketing on the industry side, and executive search. Her practice focuses on assisting clients broadly across the life sciences industry, including medical device, large and specialty pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, biotech as well as healthcare IT and services.

Ms. Humphrey joins the firm from CTPartners, where she was a director in the firm’s life sciences and healthcare practice. She has filled senior general management roles as well as positions in technical areas including R&D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and operations. Her expertise also extends to clinical and medical affairs. Ms. Humphrey’s search career includes stints with Management Recruiters, Inc. and Bowman & Associates, a leading medical device firm. Her experience as a healthcare delivery professional includes more than a decade as a pediatric critical care and neonatal critical care nurse in premier teaching and community hospitals.
