Mr. Chambers leads Maven Partnership’s applied AI and data practice in the firm’s technology team. His role involves partnering with hedge funds, private equity firms, and venture capital firms to support impactful emerging tech-focused center of excellence units and AI lab build-outs.

Prior to joining Maven Partnership, Mr. Chambers was an associate director at Robert Walters, where he built the technology business with teams covering research science, applied analytics, product, and InfoSec. These teams focused on identifying initial functional hires and strategic leadership for early-stage, venture-backed startups. He has also worked in the Netherlands and Hong Kong.
Mr. Coughlin is a senior associate in the firm’s technology team, focusing on software engineering in EMEA and Americas. He has spent his career placing elite technical talent, developing deep networks that enable him to deliver on the most strategic hiring needs, through gathering unrivalled market intelligence.
Mr. Roberts is a senior associate in the energy transition & sustainable investing team. He has over five years of experience advising innovative private equity, private credit, infrastructure and venture capital funds, across North America and Europe. Mr. Roberts supports firms in hiring individuals with the necessary core investment analysis skills and subject matter expertise within energy transition, industrial decarbonization and impact investing.
