N2Growth Expands to Chile
September 14, 2022 – N2Growth, a Philadelphia-based management consulting and executive search firm, has expanded to Chile with the appointment of Francisco Larrain as managing partner, Jorge Ihnen as partner, and Cristian Ureta as executive in residence. Headquartered in Santiago, Mr. Larrain will be responsible for the firm’s operations in Chile and neighboring countries and will report directly to Kelli Vukelic, CEO of N2Growth.

Mr. Larrain has spent over 20 years in the professional and organizational development of leaders in profit and non-profit institutions. He also developed Addval Personas, a human resources company that supports processes on payroll and people management services for a wide range of companies and industries.

Mr. Ihnen leads executive search and leadership advisory engagements in Chile and the surrounding countries within Latin America and abroad. Before joining N2Growth, he was senior vice president, operations at Latam Airlines Group for 18 years. In addition, his experience includes managing partner at Addval Consulting and experience with executive outplacement coaching at Lukkap Chile.
Mr. Ureta is also managing partner of Addval Consultancy, a company offering outsourcing services for efficient business processes in finance, accounting, and HR, among others. Before joining Addval in 2017, Mr. Ureta spent 29 years working for Latam Airlines Cargo, where he was its CEO for 11 years.

Mr. Gonzalez will be responsible for all operations in Mexico and neighboring countries and will report directly to Ms. Vukelic.
