N2Growth Adds Former HR Executive as Partner
February 3, 2022 – The executive search field continues to be a welcoming landing pad for HR executives looking for a career change. For CHROs, chief talent officers and other C-suite HR executives, the cross-over skills required in the search business are nearly identical. Recently, N2Growth, a Philadelphia-based management consulting and executive search firm, named former HR executive Jos van der Steen as partner, focusing on the firm’s European retail, financial services and digital transformation practices.

Before joining N2Growth, Mr. van der Steen worked for over 40 years holding several HR positions, notably as the HR director at Vroom & Dreesmann and Worldline. He brings a vast network of professional relationships to the firm, enabling the attraction of top senior management and creating a unique and competitive advantage for the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining N2Growth, she held several roles of increasing responsibility at Korn Ferry over her 20-year tenure culminating in an executive leadership role in the firm’s global technology practice.
